Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

"Platform" or "clubph1"

Refers to the online gaming platform accessible at clubph1.net, including all associated games, features, services, promotions, and account management functions provided thereunder.

"Player" or "You"

Refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the clubph1 platform, whether or not an account has been created.

"Account"

Refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the clubph1 platform, which provides access to real-money gaming features, wallet functions, and promotional eligibility.

"Bonus Funds"

Refers to any promotional credits, free spins, deposit match amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a clubph1 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

"Real Money Balance"

Refers to funds deposited by a Player using Philippine Peso (PHP) via a supported payment method, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to applicable verification and withdrawal conditions.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

Refers to the identity and age verification process required by clubph1 prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC may require submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document.

"Wagering Requirement"

Refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before it can be converted to Real Money Balance and made available for withdrawal.

By accessing, registering on, or using the clubph1 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Your continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to remain informed of any updates. clubph1 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions of the document. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional material, bonus offer communication, or other ancillary document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by clubph1.

Access to and use of the clubph1 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. This age restriction is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style online gaming.
• Residency: The clubph1 platform is intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to any court order restricting their ability to enter contracts are not eligible to use the platform.
• Non-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by clubph1 or by any other gaming operator, that would prohibit your participation in online gaming activities.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on the clubph1 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To access real-money gaming features on clubph1, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. By submitting a registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. clubph1 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your clubph1 account, you must notify the support team immediately via live chat. clubph1 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend account activity pending resolution. However, clubph1 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to the notification being received.

clubph1 reserves the right to request, at any time, documentation to verify the identity of the account holder. This may include a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

All financial transactions on the clubph1 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100.
• Supported Payment Methods: clubph1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. clubph1 may add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or as otherwise determined by clubph1's financial compliance procedures. This restriction exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: clubph1 targets a withdrawal processing time of within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Processing times may be extended if KYC verification is outstanding or if a withdrawal request requires additional review under clubph1's fraud prevention procedures.
• Withdrawal Conditions: A Player's Real Money Balance is withdrawable at any time, subject to KYC verification being completed. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• No Withdrawal Fees: clubph1 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees, for which clubph1 bears no responsibility.
• Suspicious Transactions: clubph1 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal that triggers internal fraud, money laundering, or financial compliance flags, pending investigation. Affected players will be notified and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

clubph1 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of opt-in:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time the promotion is active. clubph1 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied in full before any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to Real Money Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
• Only wagers on eligible games contribute toward Wagering Requirements. The contribution percentage of each game category (e.g., slots, live dealer, sports betting) toward Wagering Requirements is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• If a withdrawal is requested before Wagering Requirements are met, clubph1 reserves the right to remove the outstanding Bonus Funds and any associated bonus-derived winnings from the account balance prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering conditions, or used in combination with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the individual promotion terms.
• clubph1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where feasible. Material changes to ongoing promotions with active opt-ins will be communicated via the registered email address.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using technical exploits to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to artificially satisfy wagering conditions — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the clubph1 platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with independently certified rules and fairness standards. The following conditions govern gameplay:

Slot games and digital table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

Live dealer games are streamed from certified studio environments. All live dealer gameplay is governed by the rules of the specific game variant as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, the round outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy, which will be made available upon request.

Sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and sabong, are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant sporting body or sanctioning organisation. clubph1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event that was subsequently cancelled or significantly altered.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of any game, clubph1 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return all stakes. No liability will be accepted for losses arising from technical errors beyond the refund of the stake placed on the affected round.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the clubph1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets to exploit odds, manipulate live dealer game outcomes, or artificially satisfy bonus wagering requirements.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to your clubph1 account.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, interface errors, or odds pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

clubph1 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, clubph1 may take immediate action including account suspension, balance withholding, and notification of relevant regulatory authorities, without prior notice to the player concerned.

clubph1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered clubph1 players, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum period of 48 hours. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure notifications that alert them when a gaming session has exceeded a chosen duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed for real-money gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who require a full and permanent break from the platform may request permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed, and the player will be restricted from all clubph1 services indefinitely.

clubph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 08.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 03.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, clubph1 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player conduct (e.g., a regulatory direction), any legitimate Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method after all applicable verification and compliance checks are completed.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned following completion of KYC requirements.

All content on the clubph1 platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of clubph1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the clubph1 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of clubph1.

The clubph1 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in connection with third-party websites, social media accounts, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, clubph1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, expected winnings, or gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform maintenance.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (including GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, or UnionBank).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by regulatory or law enforcement authorities that affect the availability of the platform.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information or promotional content displayed on the platform.

In all cases where clubph1 is found to bear liability to a player, the maximum aggregate liability of clubph1 shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in the player's account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits clubph1's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." clubph1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an online gaming service.

clubph1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on clubph1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable Philippine regulatory requirements. clubph1 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

clubph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the revised document on the platform, with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly at the top of this page.

For material amendments — those that significantly affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — clubph1 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. It remains the player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically, as continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the clubph1 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

In the event of a dispute between a player and clubph1, we encourage both parties to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the clubph1 support team. A formal dispute may be submitted in writing via the contact details provided in Section 16. clubph1 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and aim to resolve disputes within thirty (30) business days of acknowledgment.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration under Philippine law before resorting to court proceedings, where permitted by applicable law.
